The process

What working together looks like.

The exact rhythm shifts with your service level, but the path is usually the same.

  1. 01

    Inquiry call

A 30-minute conversation about your date, your guests, and what matters most to you.

  2. 02

    Vision + scope

We map the shape of the day, agree on a budget, and decide which service level fits.

  3. 03

    Vendor curation

I bring you a short list for every vendor you still need, vetted for fit and budget.

  4. 04

    Design + logistics

Floor plans, run-of-show, vendor contracts, paper goods, all the moving pieces.

  5. 05

    Day-of

I run the day so you don't have to. You get to be the couple at the center of it.

Questions, answered

The things couples usually ask first.

How far in advance should we book?

For full planning, I usually take on couples 9-14 months out. Partial and day-of bookings work on shorter timelines. Reach out early either way, I take a small number of weddings each season.

Do you travel?

[PLACEHOLDER] Confirm Shannon's travel radius and any destination work. Default copy: I'm based in [city] and travel throughout New England and New York. Destination weddings are considered case-by-case.

What does pricing look like?

[PLACEHOLDER] Replace with Shannon's preferred framing. Options: a starting-at number per service, a flat range, or 'all weddings are quoted individually after our intro call.'

Can we use vendors we already love?

Absolutely. I'm vendor-agnostic. If you already have a florist or photographer you adore, I'll work with them. If you'd like recommendations, I have a deep bench.

Will you be the one running our day?

Yes. I personally lead every wedding I book. For larger guest counts, I bring in an assistant coordinator I trust.

What's included in day-of coordination?

More than the name suggests. I start six weeks out: vendor confirmations, walkthroughs, run-of-show, floor plan, and full day-of management with one assistant included.

What if our plans change?

Date changes and pivots happen. We'll re-paper anything needed and keep moving. I work with my couples on this kind of thing rather than around them.

Not sure which fits?

A quick call is the easiest way to figure it out together.
